When I was 19, I dumped my molecular biotechnology studies for the written word.

How’s that for an intro to a copywriting website?

You see, I had an epiphany.

I like science, but I breathe words.

What I did…

It was out of character, but one of the smartest moves I made in my career.

While most of my school mates were studying their butts off in college, I was getting my feet wet in the writing business at a local travel publication. I had written only two articles, but realisation hit me like a piñata—I was in it for the long haul.

My writing life then evolved into something much more. Creative block and deadlines were only the beginning. My one-woman copywriting business became a test of grit, resilience—and as a journalist brilliantly puts it—the thickness of my skin.

I’m your standard introvert, so trust me when I say this, I know how uncomfortable it is. But this is another story for another About page. Let’s get back to the subject.

My website’s called Copywriting Kapow, but copywriting isn’t what I only do.

I’m a content and feature writer, storyteller—and if I may be so bold—a budding poet. I’m also writing a picture book and it’s going spectacular. My writing plate is filling up, but I’ve always believed this:

Make time for things that are worthwhile.

Which brings me to the next point. If you need a copywriter to lend you a hand or if you have an idea tap dancing in your head, give me a holler. I’m all ears.

I’m hunting (Steve Irwin-style) for cool projects that make people’s jaw drop and go,“Holy smokes. You gotta see this.”

My interests include: introversion, productivity, travel, mental health, equality, personal & career growth, books, and entertainment. If your work is in these areas, I want to hear from you.

A pocket-sized reintroduction:

Hello, my name is Priscilla.

I’m a copywriter and content creator. I write to make your heart skip a beat. Like when you sneeze, but with zero snot. But what I really do?

I help you add a human touch to your vision, strengthen your brand identity, and tell your story to the world.
